Parliament adopts a Health Pass that is firm in principle and flexible in its modalities
After the adoption by Parliament on July 25 of the eighth law on the management of the health crisis, vaccination becomes mandatory for populations in contact with fragile people. And the health pass is well extended to bars and restaurants, including their terraces. The control and sanctions regime will be lighter than expected. And employees refusing to comply with the pass will be suspended from their position, without being dismissed. As the text has been the subject of four referrals to the Constitutional Council, it will be necessary to await its decision of 5 August for its entry into force the following days.
